Comments: Additional Metadata Properties

For any defined comment topic you can assign a (mostly unlimited) count of metadata, the user may enter additionally for this topic. These metadata properties are defined here.

Examples are the coordinates of an earthquake, or some authority being notified.

A metadata property has a datatype on how to enter the data and a placeholder to be specific on what to enter (like "Lat/Long", resp. "last name of person").
